Directions

The town of Bad Pyrmont is located in North Central Germany, near the city of Hameln (of Pied Piper fame). It is about 30 minutes south (and slightly west) of the Hannover Metropolitan area.

Description

The personal collection of Mr. Guenther Dalek, a master watch and clock restorer, who also has a store. The museum is situated separately, but in the same building, in Mr. Dalek's residence, a beautifully restored Art Nouveau villa in a quiet neighborhood.

There are about 500 timepieces in the collection, both watches and clocks, virtually all of them running. Focus is on European clocks, mainly German and some French, Dutch etc.
